Dustin’s Career Planning Chat
This video discusses career planning. The speaker emphasizes that exams are just one piece of the puzzle. More importantly, it’s about being “goal-oriented” rather than “score-oriented.” When planning for the future, you should first think about the kind of life you want to live, instead of blindly pursuing high scores or following others’ paths. The video emphasizes that there are many ways to achieve your life goals, and you don’t have to squeeze into the same narrow path. It’s recommended to make good use of online resources, alumni, or consultants to learn about different schools or job opportunities, and to make suitable plans early on, so you can avoid future regrets.
