As you know, whenever I conduct a GMAT seminar, I focus on a specific question type (like CR past questions or TPA conditional questions) and share my approach and techniques with students. But how do I pinpoint these specific types of questions within the vast ocean of GMAT problems?

- Specify the Database: GMATClub (the world’s largest GMAT question bank forum) ensures the quality of the information source.
- Precisely Define Characteristics: Using phrases like “related to/not related to…” allows you to precisely target your weaknesses, much like performing surgery, while excluding your strengths.
- Compensate for AI Errors: Sometimes, GPT might find irrelevant question types. However, this limitation can be overcome by asking it to find a larger quantity of questions. If 3 out of 10 questions are invalid, simply ask it to find 20 or 30!
Isn’t this prompt both simple and effective?
Current Limitations and Future Outlook:
Currently, GPT cannot automatically read and interpret images within websites (although it possesses strong image reasoning capabilities). However, I am confident that this limitation will be resolved with future model updates. In the near future, we might even be able to search for “MSR questions related to flowcharts” or “GT questions related to bar charts.”
From then on, “question selection” will no longer be a concern. Your concern will be: how to accurately identify the specific characteristics of questions you need to practice.
